CANCELLATION POLICY
SELF CATERING
A deposit of 25% will secure a reservation with the balance of payment due three weeks before the commencement of holiday. In the event of a cancellation the proprietor will endeavour to re-let the property, but if unsuccessful the holiday client will be liable for the loss.
It is always recommended to have a holiday insurance in place.
BED AND BREAKFAST
A deposit will secure the reservation for bed and breakfast guests and the balance of payment will be made while the guest is staying. In the event of a cancellation or a holiday being curtailed, the proprietor will endeavour to re-let the bedrooms, but if unsuccessful the holiday guests will be liable for 2/3 of the cost.
